Chris Poulin, ATC, CSCS, PRT, TPI Medical 3

Postural Restoration Trained Certified Athletic Trainer and Performance Coach

 Chris Poulin is a certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist with over 20 years of experience. Chris is a Postural Restoration Trained (PRT) athletic trainer, one of the first in the country to earn this credential. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).  His approach to athletic training and performance enhancement is based on the principles of postural restoration. This approach emphasizes the importance of understanding and addressing the body's natural asymmetries to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Chris has worked with a variety of athletes, from amateur to professional, in a variety of sports. He has also worked with individuals of all ages and abilities to improve their overall health and fitness. Chris also has been a consultant for several professional sports teams. He is a sought-after speaker and educator on the topic of postural restoration and athletic performance.


Daniel Zawlocki, CSCS, TPI Certified

Performance Coach

Daniel Zawlocki holds an Exercise Science Degree from Grace College,  is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). 1 During his time at Grace College, he served as a Volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach for Olympic Sports and was also an intern for Athletes in Action as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's and Women's Basketball. After graduation, 2 he moved to Los Angeles where he worked as an intern Athletic Performance Coach at UCLA for Olympic Sports, specifically working with Men's and Women's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Water Polo, and Track & Field. At UCLA, he was in charge of monitoring athlete data to improve peak performance, as well as assisting in program development. He later worked as an Assistant Men's Basketball and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Pinecrest High School, where he helped lead the Patriots to a Conference title and a historical 4A Final Four run. Daniel has experience working with athletes from the professional to youth level and has worked with various championship level high school teams, and individual state champions. He is passionate about helping others overcome their own physical limitations.
